American High School Academy’s home study program is designed to teach and examine students’, according to their demanding life schedule. Counselors review & evaluate educational history and certified teachers assign student’s individualized programs of study consisting of various lessons, homework assignments, and comprehensive examinations covering a variety of topics such as: English Grammar, Science, Leadership, American History, Mathematics, etc... Teachers are available during office hours to assist students who may be having difficulty with specific parts of their packet, by providing academic tutoring via phone. Once students complete and return all assigned materials, certified instructors will review and issue grades. If all work is completed satisfactorily, students receive an official high school diploma, and may meet with counselors for assistance in applying to Public or Private Colleges, Universities, Technical Schools, Professions, and the Military.

Classroom Study: Fast Track
For those who prefer more of a traditional classroom setting and more personal instruction, American High School Academy has designed a unique approach to learning, utilizing a classroom environment, small student to teacher ratio, lecture, discussions, examinations, and homework assignments all in one. Information presented to students in the program is fast paced utilizing a unique combination of learning and testing one after the other. Students who wish to enroll in the classroom based program begin by taking a placement exam covering all core subjects (Math, English Grammar, Science, American History and Writing). Upon assessment, Admissions Counselors issue a series of courses taught for 4 hour sessions throughout the week, for a certain period of time depending on the educational assessment of the student. Our experienced and dedicated teachers are eager to work closely with students in order to provide more comfortable academic experiences in learning. Once all courses and assignments are completed at our facility, the student will sit in for a proctored final exam. If all work is completed satisfactorily along with exams, students receive an official high school diploma, and may meet with counselors for assistance in applying to Public or Private Colleges, Universities, Technical Schools, Professions, and the Military.
